We have expanded our operations to include clean outs.  Going through years of accumulated possessions can be a daunting task.  We will assess and consolidate your items, and organize them in the best way to be sold at fair market value.  A cleanout can take a family months and even years to accomplish.  We can complete a clean out in a three bedroom home, in most cases, within a forty hour work week.

We will strive to make sure that your estate sale is as profitable and seemless as possible.  There are a few things that we will need in order to accomplish that. 


We will need to have access to the home and items that are for sale in order to properly assess and stage all of the items in the sale.  How much time we will need to set up will depend on the size of the home and contents.  Upon signing the contract, we will discuss how much time and access we will need.

Ideally we would like the house to be vacant while we are working.  Understandably, you have strong emotional ties to your belongings, and it can be difficult seeing people handling them and putting a selling price on them.  We also don't want to have any distractions while we are working so that we can properly perform our job.

We will need access to the home, either a key, access code, or garage door opener.  A key to the home would be preferred In the event of a power outage or something happening with the electricity.  This is crucial for us to get our pre-work done before the sale.  If there are any hold ups of any kind, and if we can't obtain access when we need to, this can delay the process of getting your home ready.  We want everything to run smoothly and be in perfect order for your sale! 

If there are any items that are in attics, crawl spaces, sheds, etc that are for sale, we will need to have those items pulled out before we start working, so that we can price and stage them.  The same applies to closets, drawers and cabinets.  If there are things that you do not want to sell, they will need to be removed before we start working as well.  Sometimes it is beneficial to use a room that can be blocked off to store whatever you do not want to sell.   

If there are any vehicles or boats that will be in the sale, please have the titles and any paperwork available for us.

Finally, we can sell just about anything, and people will buy just about anything.  If you have household cleaners, toiletries, linens, canned or boxed food items, utensils, any miscellaneous items, etc, we can sell them.  If you are in doubt about anything, just ask before thinking that it can't be sold.  More than likely it can be!  Please don't throw anything out as you could be throwing out money that can be made!
